I had to change rooms because the. Toiler had to be flushed 2-3 x to complete the flush. The second room same issue , the plumbing system need to be address.

Elevator was broken during our stay so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. Smell in room was overwhelming with bleach. Only half of the electrical outlets at the vanity worked. Furnace/AC fan rattled terribly all night. Upon check out the automatic front doors would not open so the staff told us leave via the emergency exit at the extreme end of hallway.

Very run down, elevator did not work, the bathroom had black mold all over the ceiling. One room did not have a phone, the other room the phone didn't seem to work because I asked for a wake up call and did not get one. If I had any more time to sleep the day I checked in, I would have asked for a different location to sleep or go to a different hotel. Fortunately for me I only had to stay 7 hours.

I booked this room after reading the reviews..I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the room..The musty smell was so bad that I had to open the window, turn the heat up and have the bathroom exhaust on the whole time I was there..The chair was stained, the smoke detector was open and no battery, tiles missing in the bathroom, cobwebs on the ceiling and wall,the black out curtains where filthy, the curtain valance was away from the ceiling on one side..Totally not what I expected. Thankfully it was for 1 night. I did not eat breakfast there because I thought the room was filthy so I was not sure what the kitchen looked like and because I had a 6 hour bus drive home I didn't want to take a chance..Definitely disappointed I do have pictures of everything I mentioned.

The room was fine...does seem that there is mold in the room, which is not ideal. If we were staying for longer than a few hours, we wouldn't have stayed there. The check-in person (possibly Chelsea), while nice enough, was certainly not overly welcoming. We worked hard to get her to smile...but, the stay was fine for what we needed.

Upon arrival at 1:30 am, we found the AC on full blast though it was 40 degrees outside. We switched it to heat, but that set off the fire alarm within 3 seconds. So we froze all night long. I told the front desk the next morning and she said she'd have maintenance look at it and bring some blankets, but they didn't. The staff member in the evening was very apologetic, gave me some blankets and tried to make it right. There was hot breakfast one morning and just stale bagels the next.
