Taiwan Ski Resorts

This is our second stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful, they helped us arrange a taxi for a morning flight. The location of the hotel is perfect and you can eat or shop till late in the area. We felt very at home in this lovely hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient, near to 3 MRT stations and in a safe area. Not so crowded, too. The room we were given is big, clean, and very cozy. Though the bathroom’s a bit small, it’s clean and stocked with bath essentials and toiletries. But what really made us enjoy the hotel are staff — they were really great and helpful, specially Rene the receptionist and the room attendant! They even offered us to check-in early since the room is already vacant. It is very much appreciated, Ms. Rene!

Staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. It was a pleasant surprise when packed breakfasts were ready for us at check-out the next morning due to our early flight - a very nice gesture in customer service.
