St. Croix Island Hotels with Parking

Property definitely in need of maintenance. Sliding closet doors did not work and screen for door to balcony torn. Staff removed one closet door so we had access. Bed comfortable though pillows justbok. Bathroom nice and towels good quality. Biggest complaint is that there was only one restaurant on the property (the other one listed is closed). The food at the Deep End was good but service erratic, sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Menu limited. And biggest issue is that the restaurant is not part of the resort. So we had to have a credit card with us, could not run a tab and pay at the end of our visit. Did have a great Caribbean show on Friday night. Best fire dancers I have ever see .

The property seemed old.. it certainly wasn't maintained well . hot tub was broke the entire time

The place was very beautiful, with a great atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the view was amazing. I really enjoyed my experience.

The breakfast was really nice, wish there was more food options and activities at night but overall enjoyed my stay. Some property needs work but they are doing renovations so they should be back to normal. staff nice and helpful!

This is a hidden gem! Great service, gorgeous location, incredible food and drink. We will be back!

All around, a nice place to stay. Not luxurious, but perfectly adequate. No major faults. The staff may give the appearance of being aloof or unfriendly, but I perceive this as a cultural difference and not a fault. Perhaps a natural shyness. Don’t expect obsequious friendliness, as experienced at some hotelsl chains. Just genuine kindness.
