Our stay at Mazzarò Sea Palace was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Their attention to detail, kindness, and willingness to help with anything we needed made a real difference in our stay. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and thoughtful staff, and they truly represent the high standard of hospitality at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views, comfortable rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it hard to leave. Every part of our visit felt well thought out and seamless. The room has a beautiful view of the ocean and Mount Etna. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and went the extra mile to help us. The swimming pool by the ocean is beautiful, though the water temperature in April was too cold to swim in. Buffet breakfast included a large variety of foods. The property seems a bit aged but we are 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of our room.
