So I read multiple reviews from people who visited this resort and I can honestly say that reserving the diamond club made the experience 1000% better. There was a butler who attended to our every need. They did not skip a beat. Dinner and Spa Reservations were not an issue, we sent our request to the butler and they were made for us for our full duration. I tried looking on the app to reserve dinner myself and it was fully booked. Not sure how that would have worked without a butler but if you visit having the diamond club should be the only way. The main swim up pool bar ran out of things and the staff there was rude but the diamond club swim up bar and restaurants were never an issue. Staff was always pleasant, top shelf liquor was served and was never out of stock. Diamond club pool is calm and peaceful for when you want to step away from the action and could go back to the main pool at any time. I loved it. No complaints.
