I recommend hotels.com and all travellers to block this hotel Unprofessional and unhelpful staffs, long time uncleaned room Dirty and bad smelling bed sheets, dirty tissue box and mirror Staffs were not willing to solve problems and kept saying to tell me to give them time and wasted me more than one hour on the phone calls. To change the bed sheets, a woman just tried to change for one bed, and she said she could not change for both beds alone, she had to call another staff to help How unprofessional their staff are
