The staff and service was great and being located next to Hakata Station and car rentals makes this place super convenient. But the room is terribly small. We needed a small night table removed to fit our two suitcases in. Even then, you can only walk into the room and then fall onto the bed. Two people can sleep in the room, but they cant function in it together at the same time. This is typical of hotels in Japan cities.

The hotel is connected to the subway underpass. I was standing near the front desk, and a staff member would approach me and offer assistance. The breakfast buffet offers a lot of choices but the taste is ok. The room relatively big for Japanese standard. Good value.

Not accessible or traveler friendly

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel is completely wheelchair and stroller inaccessible. The lobby is up a 2 flight escalator, or up a step through an unmarked door, and then up and elevator. There's no way in or out without going up or down at least a few steps! Also, the bathroom sink is installed inside the room, not in the bathroom and was not installed correctly with an air bleed. Every time you use the sink it makes a horrible racket for 5-10 minutes afterwards. I specifically chose this hotel over a much cheaper one because it promised "luggage storage". There's are bike chains in an open room that you can "lock" your suitcase with. Any pockets on your bag are still accessible and in room accessible to literally anyone. Also, they won't let you store your luggage for more than a few hours, even if you're coming back for a later reservation and have signs in English (the only English in the building) that after 1 day they'll open you suitcase and can store or throw away your items. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, especially anyone with mobility issues or a family. For the price I expected much better service and more amenities, just stay at the nearby APA instead.

Very convenient location upon arriving late evening adjacent to Hakata Station to catch Shinkansen early next morning. Staff very police and helpful. Rooms are small but managable for a one night stay.

The Room was really small but I got used to it. Location was superb- out the door to Hakata Station transportation hub: JR, Shinkansen , subway and bus. Very nearby,there were lots of excellent restaurants, snack shops as well as 2 Department Stores-Hankyu and Hands. Welcome sake and evening soba much appreciated as well as great breakfast buffet.
