Morocco Ski Resorts

The hotel condition is immaculate. The smell is amazing and you can definitely feel it is a 5 star hotel. The food is great as an all inclusive with a lovely massive pool. Room was clean and big. Waterpark next door is also wonderful. The staff were all very good and helpful. They made the stay special. All the staff from housekeeping, restaurant staff and doorman

Loved the pool and amenities.

A really nice hotel in Fez. The pool area was very nice, but no one used the pool. It was a little slow while I was there plus renovations but high quality place!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of options. The rooms were comfortable and maintained. Overall the riad is quiet and blocked from outside noise, but you can hear every door open and close throughout the night, so not great if you are a light sleeper.

The garden and the staff

A big massive shout out to the manager as he was so welcoming gave me a number to contact them if I had any issues and checked me in 2 hours earlier than check in time so I didn't have to wait around. The Riad is beautiful. It has been the most beautiful hotel experience I've had. The reception, each section has a different theme and then my room was stunning. I loved the Moroccan themes the stained glass windows and the walk in shower. The breakfast was perfect, they bring a selection of bread, mint tea, coffee and make your eggs on request . The staff are accommodating and friendly . I also did the hammam and massage, and it was a pleasurable experience.
