We loved staying at this Hotel. The staff throughout were very pleasant and helpful. The room and facilities were very good. The breakfast was superb. The Hotel was within walking distance of the Ferry and all the shops bar's and restaurants. Nearby parking. We will definitely stay here again.

The room we had was lovely and more spacious than we'd expected which was welcome. There was a smell coming from the bathroom which we reported to Reception and were offered either another room or for someone to come and have a look at it. We opted for someone looking at the room and they did an amazing job. Breakfast staff were lovely as were the Reception staff. The parking was a bit hit and miss but if we arrived back at the hotel later than the parking restrictions there was usually a space outside and you could fix the time disc to start from 8am and could park till 10 am which meant you could see if a space was available then.

There were signs of wear and tear within the building, the room with a sea view was ideally situated .there was some noise from traffic. Compared to other stays in Douglas, this hotel was very good.

Beautiful grounds , lovely setting , little bit out of Douglas but everything was easily accessible , you do need a car! Staff are super and the hotel is sparkling clean . Food in the Bar/Lounge was first class ( not cheap ) service was very good . Brilliant Breakfast Buffet …nice views from the table . Would highly recommend this hotel .

The sea view was great, the breakfast was as good as you get and the staff were friendly and very helpful
