Compare Cheap Hotels in Fukuoka Prefecture

The hotel is nicely located, close to major restaurants and activities but fairly close to the Fukuoka Canal City, where you can find the Red Light District style of businesses. The room and bathroom I stayed in were very small; I felt very cramped. Because of the small size, the room DOES NOT HAVE ANY CLOSETS. In fact, it is so small that you cannot walk around both sides of the bed. No place to open even a carry-on suitcase and very few hangers. The bathroom was clean, but there is no fan if you are going number two. Therefore, I had to do my business downstairs in the lobby bathroom before going to bed.

The breakfast included some items that were already cooked, repetitive for a stay of several days. Overall, it was a mediocre meal. The hotel is stunning. The lobby is gorgeous, with wonderful artwork in various locations, including just off the elevators on the second floor, the lobby itself, and their club room. Speaking of which, nothing particularly special about the offerings in the club room. No service person on duty. Just help yourself to some wine and soft drinks. Our room there was spacious, well-appointed, and within an easy walk to Hakata train station.

Nice hotel and convenient location. Except do not like the idea the hotel citing ‘Eco- friendly’ / global environment friendly as an excuses, hotel room cleaning only done once every 2 days. Personally I think even for environment friendly reason, is important hotel room need to be vacummed on a daily basis. To maintain the environment cleanliness is also important to the environment.
