Safe, quiet, good location. Convenient to get around. Toilet had a stain. There was a service staff who was not the most pleasant. Would benefit from more washers/dryers (better if they were separate machines), especially during hot season.

The hotel is located between Hakata station and Tenji area, just 5minutes walk to the Canal, offering easy access to shopping and dining. The hotel maintains high standard of cleanliness, staffs are friendly and efficient, the check in and check out process took just two minutes. Hotel parking is convenient and hassle free.

My second time staying in this hotel, love the place and location. The only thing i was a bit disappointed is that my baby diapers were not cleaned from the diapers bin during housekeeping time.

Hotel was close to Tsuruya mall, Shimotori shopping street and walkable to Kunamoto Castle. There are lots of food options and tram stop is also nearby providing easy access to other locations in Kumamoto. Hotel room was clean and comfy. The pillows were too soft and could be better.

Nice location, amenities, public bath. Staff is excellent and speak English. Near old Hakata walking trail, Hakata station, restaurants, Gion station, Canal City, so very convenient. There is a nice 1000y-1500y sushi restaurant we went for lunch 5 min away 博多寿司処 尾之上 also!
