We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

As sunlight filters through the windows, you step into a spacious retreat designed for gathering, relaxing, and play. Mornings begin with coffee in the bright kitchen or quiet moments on the covered patio. Evenings invite laughter around the dining table or movie nights in the game room with a 100" projector screen and foosball matches that stretch late into the night.

Sleeping arrangements
With 6 bedrooms and 8 beds, the home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. Rest easy on 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and a full sofa bed. The master suite includes a private bathroom, generous closet space, and soft Green Leaf memory foam mattresses. Every room features room-darkening shades, fresh linens, and thoughtful touches for comfort.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide convenience for groups, each stocked with bathroom essentials and plush towels. One bathroom includes a walk-in shower/tub combo for added flexibility.

Kitchen & dining
A fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep simple, with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking basics you’ll need. Two dining areas offer seating for up to 18 guests, plus a central island for casual breakfasts or coffee chats. Whether you’re sharing home-cooked meals or takeout from a local favorite, there’s room for everyone to gather.

Entertainment & living spaces
Downstairs, the game room brings everyone together with a projector, arcade, putting green, and board games. In the main lounge, relax on the L-shaped sectional, stream your favorite shows on the 50" Smart TV, or enjoy the cozy glow of the electronic fireplace.

Outdoor living
The covered back patio offers shade and space for BBQs, outdoor dining, or quiet evenings with lawn games. The fenced backyard is pet-friendly, giving space for two dogs (small cleaning fee applies) to play safely.

Convenience & safety
Guests have self check-in via keypad, an EV charger, and free parking for up to five vehicles. Additional amenities include WiFi, washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, and family-friendly items like a crib and Pack ’n Play. Exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit ensure peace of mind.

Neighborhood
Located in Wheat Ridge near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, the home offers quick access to I-70, downtown Denver, and scenic outdoor spots. Within minutes you’ll find parks, trails, shops, and local breweries—perfect for exploring Colorado’s best blend of city and nature.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!

The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
