We stayed here for 9 days to explore Chiang Mai and the surrounding area. It’s a lovely hotel with great facilities and very close to a great night market. The rooms were really spacious and clean, we had a deluxe king room with a city view which was great for sunset. The staff were very polite and responsive to requests.

I didn’t understand they charged my card when I came 20.000 Baht. Then they sent me letter said I needed to come pay more. They charged 50,000 baht . Then I ckd out and they charged again. Terrible confusion. I stayed 100s of hotels and never had one do this to me.

Kids enjoyed the water slide, however the water was a bit cold during our stay so it limited their pool time. In the room, the beds were comfortable. But our room had an off smell, almost like cigarettes. We were also dismayed about the kids club because there is no sign in sheet, so we didn’t feel comfortable having our kids (ages 3 and 5) stay at the club. We were also excited that the pool had a splash pad, but it was under maintenance for our entire stay (4 nights). There was also no hot tub, which would’ve been nice on colder days.
