This stay was not ideal. Their hotel room keycard machine was not working during my entire stay and every time I left my room, I needed an associate to walk me to my door with their employee key card to let me in. This did not work for my whole stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites in Littleton! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my visit. One of the highlights was the delicious, fresh breakfast offered each morning, a perfect way to start the day. I also appreciated how the staff provided as many clean towels as I requested without hesitation, showing great attention to guest comfort and satisfaction. Overall, this hotel provided excellent service, a relaxing environment, and great value.

Chantavia the general manager is horrible at her job, I experienced my neighbor having a domestic abuse at 5am and couldn’t find her at the front desk for over an hour so I had to call the cops and she looked so stunned that I had called the cops and then refused to give me a refund for the awful night experience. Walls on this property are paper thin and you can hear everything even normal conversations. Highly don’t recommend this property or the management.
