The property was a nice shape, although the first room although further away from the elevators, was still able to hear the elevators up and down. I called the front desk and they said they’re gonna send an engineer up. Well, this was at 11:30 at night, so I decided I’m not waiting for that. I went down to the front desk and they switched my room to a lower floor. Everything else is OK, although I don’t understand why the sheets aren’t tucked in to the mattress.

This place is on my short list of places to stay in Denver. The service was impressively good. I showed up a little early trying to stash my bags somewhere safe, and a nice lady just checked me in. I was going to head to Boulder but ended up staying in Denver for a couple more days. They let me stay in the same room without any hassle. The room was solid. Clean and spacious enough. Big ballroom so expect weddings or other celebrations on weekends which makes parking tougher. Entrance in the back on the ground level of the parking garage is helpful during those times. Also, if you get here late, the only entrance that is open is on Quebec Street.

I was very disappointed that the hotel has no parking and they also do t tell u its 18$ to park and the parking lot is full from othe neighboring hotels guests. Also it is NOT SAFE

i loved the hotel and location and convenience of it all with a beautiful bar, Starbucks and restaurant. downside was not heir fault, one morning had no power because a squirrel chewed the powerline. was down till noon, that sucked. the other was i had partiers next to me night one of my stay that were pounding on the walls and hollering. i had to call front desk and they sent up security at 2.30 am. i was so Glad they responded as they did. parking would be nice to see included instead of 18 day, one down side. but beautiful hotel, great staff. the other thing was mt sink and tub didn't drain in room 548, they need to clear the lines. Obviously plugged. otherwise great!

Power Outage

We were in Denver for my sons’ birthday and reserved 2 rooms. Everything was fi e until the tv and light in bathroom went out in our room and the a/c went out in the 2nd room as well as the light in the bathroom. I called downstairs and was advised it was a transformer and if we still didn’t have power in 30min to call back. We got ready and were leaving an hour later and I went to the front desk to advise them we still didn’t have power and received a rude attitude and response from the young lady at the desk. I realize it was nothing she could do but I had been told to call 30min after my call if it still wasn’t working and didn’t appreciate her response. We were traveling with a 10 month old and no a/c was not ideal. I believe if you put a young person at your front desk, teach them what proper customer service looks like.
