Staff was pleasant but hotel is older and outdated. No plugs on nightstands, no microwaves or fridge, could not find a hair dryer and no body lotion in bathroom. Soda machine was empty and had to walk to 7-11 a few blocks away to get drinks. Hotel needs a little store for necessities and some basic foods and snacks. Area around was decent and the shuttle was prompt and got us quick to the airport. Some upgrades are needed for sure

Shuttle service from the airport took a long time (longer than the expected 30 minutes between runs). Shuttle to the airport at 3:40am was on time and went well.

The hotel is in rough shape in some areas. Carpet in hallways are showing wear. Furniture is beginning to show wear and is dated. Breakfast was minimal in quantity and selection. Positives: Staff was very friendly, location was great, and parking convenient. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Most importantly our room was reasonably priced.

Breakfast was powdered eggs and sausage that did not look like real meat. No one asked for IDs for check in or room keys.

There was a computer problem during check-in and five or more individuals/groups had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes or so. Once the problem was fixed, but staff quickly checked us in and got us to our rooms.
