I stayed here on My 8th and May 13th. On the 8th the service was less than average and the bed uncomfortable. I returned from my trip and stayed again. Again, the service was not good. The toilet handle was broken and the tv didn't have many channels avaliable. Some odd channels but that was all. She offered another room but with a bad knee I wasn't interested in packing up and moving. Plus, no one available to repair the toilet. I rarely complain about hotels but this one is terrible.

The breakfast should have fruit available. I thought that the front desk would have had a corkscrew we could use. There was no welcome package in the room with pool hours etc.. I expected usb chargers and water bottles in the room

There were black hair strands on our pillows that surely not ours. As my friend joke was, whoever checked in before us in this room, stays in that one bed. We’re trying reach out to the guest services but no one’s answering. We ended up laying bath towels on top, since we’re just staying there for 8hrs. Toiletries with Dove products is phenomenal. Hotel shuttle is on time.

Easy check in, airport shuttle was fantastic! Our room was quite warm, despite adjusting the thermostat & the a/c was too loud to leave running at night. Our bathroom light switch was also completely smash & non-functional, but not really a big deal for us. Overall, good choice to stay for the few hours needed overnight before flight
