Room was spotless and staff were very nice and helpful. I must say that the room we had on the ground floor felt really quite cool despite the ac on at 29 deg. The cold air came from the windows despite them all being closed.

Standards at the Crowne Plaza have noticeably slipped since my last stay. The bar and restaurant areas and the lobby are pleasant, but the mattress was hard and there were holes in the duvet cover. The loss of the free shuttle is also a downside - especially when a hotel close by still offers a free shuttle. I’ll choose somewhere else next time.
