Poor customer service

Fitness centre, had to wait 15 minutes to be let into the gym as sign said ring this number as I am away. I did and no answer. Went to reception and a rude receptionist (male, light coloured hair) said they are probably doing a pool test so you will have to wait. I said I rang the number advertised and he said there's no reception where they are, so what is the point of a number. Why not have the room key double up as a swipe? I then asked for a fan for the room, sorry none available, maybe tomorrow. No room number taken or name to send me one when they arrived.

A basic hotel for a 4*. Bedrooms poor, housekeeping are not doing a good job, shower not working, tower fan noisy & 3 years since a pat test. The spa area, particularly the hydro pool is very under whelming. It looks good but it's a glorifie shallow swimming pool with low powered jets and a very noisy jacuzzi bed.

A super nights stay catching up with our son whilst he was in a work trip. Unfortunately the water went down but the hotel were swift to rectify the problem so a great stay.

A lovely setting but the hotel could do with some updating. The grounds are amazing. Breakfast was disappointing, a good selection but the cooked breakfast was very under par. Disappointed that only the gym was included with our stay. The swimming pool and other facilities are all extra, this is outlined in the detail apparently but we didn’t read that far into the detail so maybe a warning for other travellers

the hotel is in a golf resort. The room was a bit small and there was no A/C in our room. The room was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. The food and bar were good. Thre is no other restaraunts or bars close by.

Travelling solo, arrived late and left early. Gym is well equiped, surrounding look great and friendly staff. Didn't use the restrauarant or have any breakfast. Room was reasonable but very warm with no way to cool down other than open a window although a fan was provided. Internet worked well. On the whole a good stay would use again.

Nice and friendly staff. Hotel and room quite dated but clean. NO hot water at all, i told a staff member who simply said "oh, ok" a lot of money spent, just to have cold showers.
