There were nerd candy in the hide a bed and the tv in the living room did not work. There was only 1 pillow for that bed. Staff was nice.

We were not informed that there was no hot water at check in. When we checked out and inquired, we were told the issue had occurred earlier on the day of our check-in. When I mentioned this to the manager, she seemed surprised. I suggest asking about the hot water situation before checking in to avoid inconvenience. I also wondered how the kitchen was able to prepare breakfast without hot water — which raises some sanitation concerns.

We were in Davenport for our grandson’s pool tournament. The tournament was right across the street. Parking ramp joining both the hotel a River Center where the tournament was held. Our only complaint was the train blowing his horn on the River side of the hotel. Nice hotel.

There was no hot water in the room. They put me in another room and there was no hot water in there either. I have been in dozens of hotels and this is the first time I ever had a room with no hot water. I would like a refund. I think they likely knew there was no hot water and they still checked me in. Not one person told me there was no hot water when I was checking in. I will never go back to that hotel!

I had cold water for my shower last night and this morning. I had no conditioner in the shower so I couldn’t properly wash my hair. The breakfast was 18$ a person which is outrageous considering I already paid 230$ for a hotel room without hot water. The WiFi wouldn’t connect to my phone with my login credentials they told me to use. Will never come back to this hotel, overall one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. Doubletree By Hilton said if you guys call them or contact them, that they will compensate me for my stay, that since I booked through you guys that you guys would have to reach out for me. Please reach out and get me some type of compensation

One of our rooms was perfect, the second room smelled like sewer and had a wet bathroom floor. The front desk promptly assigned us another room, only to find that in that room the toilet didn’t flush properly. One of the elevators had puddles of water in it and a sign saying wet floor- don’t understand why the floor wasn’t cleaned or dried. Coffe machine in lobby wasn’t working. Liked the hardwood floors in rooms.
