Book Lapu-Lapu hotels

The staff were very helpful and polite. Not enough sun beds around the pools. We weren’t told about the big bookings taking over the pools and beach on the Saturday. Made it very busy and noisy. Felt overcrowded due to the number of people from 3 groups.

Their food was delicious, the staff excellent, the buses to airport fantastic. There are different types of rooms though - and we booked lovely modern and renovated rooms the first overnight we were there - very clean and spacious and new, whereas when we stayed the second time we had very different, much smaller rooms. Get the rooms with a double and twin - not the queen room! Much more spacious and new.

Must be going through remodel. Tried calling night before for early check in, employee stated that wouldn’t know until an hour prior to check in. Ended up getting there an hour after check in and still had to wait on a room, which ended up being switched to a different room located by pool where you heard everything from poolside and door didn’t close totally b it did lock. Ordered room service but had to call multiple times until they just told me what was available for order. But when I received food it was good, presentation was great. Would I stay there again, no.

Love dusit thani CEBU. I have to say that I loved everyone was very nice and attentive. Very organized and anticipated all our needs. 5 star and A+++++++ from check in to check out and everything in between. Will plan on another stay when i go back to Cebu Dusit Thani. ☆☆☆☆☆
