The room had an unpleasant odor from the AC. Staff was OK, but not particularly helpful. Coffee/tea 24 hours was promised, but there was no coffee or even hot water after late morning. This was an important deficiency to us because there was no way to heat water or make coffee in the room. Basically a decent but not well run, no frills hotel.

They use mattress cover and bed spread replace blanket, we first time met . They don't clean the room when we stay ,that ok we don't care.

The room was decent. The AC/Heating unit had mold on/in it so we didn't run it at all while we stayed. There was some mold/mildew in the bathroom and the shower door seal did not keep the water in. Other than that the beds were decent and the room was clean. The morning breakfast options I think was the best part of the hotel.

The check in staff was sitting in the very back of the hotel on her phone talking to family members. Once she realized that I need help she finally came to the desk. Once I. The room the room didn’t have any towels to take a shower and there was hair left from previous people. I know hair can be hard to pick up but the hair was in plain sight. The ac was so hard to manage it was freezing at 74 and you were sweating at 75 cold ac. No heat was used. The food was disappointing super rubbery pancakes, oatmeal was old taste. No interaction with staff in the morning. The workout room was okay for very basic workout. The bike monitor didn’t work .

Hotel was clean, front desk employee was super nice and helpful at check in. Only complaint was everything was out during breakfast and nothing was restocked while we were there. Had to settle for toast. Eggs, no sausage. Cereal, no milk. Pancakes, no syrup? Kitchen staff need to step it up.
