I got in late (after midnight) and had to switch my room three time because there were plumbing and other issues. My final room didn’t have towels or soap but I was so tired at that point I just stayed. The night manager was very rude on top of that.

No internet access. Had to change rooms. First morning, fire alarm goes off around 7am due to fire in kitchen. Fire dept arrived while I was in lobby full of smoke. Elevators didn’t work until following day late in afternoon. Had to hobble up stairs due to knee surgery 65 weeks ago. Was told by hotel staff to inform Expedia to issue refund. Please contact me
