The lake view was nice, walk ability to the Toyota Music Factory was very convenient. Hotel was nice, bed was comfy, staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Never in my 35 years of traveling has the key card machines at a hotel not work. The staff handled it perfectly! but was the wildest experience not being able to get into our room at check-in along with 20+ other guests.
