Our room was freezing because the heater in the room wasnt working and the outside weather was 34 degrees... we were given a small portable heater for the second night. The breakfast had no taste!

Check-in was professional if not friendly. This property has REALLY gone down hill. Elevators are slow and in need of an overhaul (when they work). My room was dirty. Previous guests left things in the room and balcony that housekeeping didn't remove. The sink was dirty. The shower has no shelf or any place to keepa washcloth or razor. I won't stay here again.
