Waited for the shuttle for over 40 mins. During that time called the hotel many times, most times they did not pick up. When they did they were very short and inpatient. We finally took a $45 cab. When we got to the hotel the receptionist was the same person on the phone and was still pretty short with us.

I used to think all marriot are pretty much at the same standards. The room was not updated. It was very noisy. You could hear planes and traffic. For a one night it was ok The only restaurant they had was just ok

We arrived on a very late flight & the front desk was so helpful in accommodating our needs even having the shuttle take us to a restaurant that opened late so our family can catch a late night dinner. The staff was great. Definitely recommend.

Once at the hotel everything went smoothly. Getting there was a different story. They have an on-call shuttle to and from DFW airport. They don't, however, make sure you are on the lower level. They just tell you E10 and E38. I had called them back once I realized the issue, was told approximately another 20 minutes. When we called again (call number 3) after 45 minutes, and had attempted to ask yet again about the on-call shuttle, were told an adult would have called back (shocker we are adults and did exactly that). It was at this point the general manager hung up on us after becoming overly rude and attitude ridden. Save yourself travel hassle and get the rental, or order the Uber/Lyft/private taxi.
