Good cheap place to stay. Our Tv is our room looking like it had been punched so the screen was shattered. The bathtub was not clean. It was a good place to lay your head down and then be on your way! The breakfast however was good!

We were only here for 10 hours, but, what we saw of the property was well kept. The one drawback was the free shuttle. Their normal shuttle van was in the shop and their loaner was a bit of a rattle trap. Check in was smooth and easy. Lots of dining options fairly close. We hit Applebees for their late night happy hour, cost for the Lyft was around $12 which included a tip.

The shuttle guy was slow and he slowed progress with the counter lady by interrupting us. The toilet in my room made a loud noise.

Shuttle driver had difficulty finding us at DFW even though we gave him exact pick up location. The condition of the shuttle - it had wet & broken seats, no interior lighting, suitcases took up seating space. Bed was very firm. Not comfortable. Pillows were small and not very comfortable as well. No blanket for the bed, so I had to use bath towels. We didn't get a chance to eat breakfast as there was no availability of the shuttle the next morning at the 7:00 time; only 6:00. Breakfast didn’t begin until 6:00. There was coffee available, but it was not hot, only warm. Location seemed to be very safe & good restaurants nearby. Would probably not stay there again.

The staff there was absolutely amazing! So kind and just took really good care of us and this includes the driver of the shuttle to and from the airport.

It was a comfortable room. The check out staff was very disrespectful and rude. I attempted to give a suggestion to get someone to drive the extra shuttle out front to take the guest to the airport. She cut me off twice each attempted, I has to ask her to stop and allow me to complete my statement. We were delayed 20 min on the 8am shuttle. We didn't depart until 8:25. He wasn't apologetic at all. She just stated she called twice other get had ask, but when I ask in a professional manner she cut me off , I asked fir her name it was Shentia. I introduced my and adk not to be interrupted.
