My room had bed bugs! The internet did not work on the bedroom televisions the first night. They came to fix it, it worked immediately after during the day, but went back out that night. Then the second night I woke up to bed bugs around 6am. I stripped the bed and cleaned the sheets. They appeared again the following day. I just left the room because I couldn't get a refund. And wasn't going to sleep in that condition or risk taking that home.

Meh

This was an odd place. If feels like a mix of hotel guest and semi permanent residents. Walls are very thin. The elevator had an atrocious smell and broke down. My mom had to walk down 3 flights of stairs with luggage. Something she's not use to. They couldn't provide me with additional bedding when asked. Stayed 3 nights and they didn't offer room service. I guess they start offering it after 3 nights. The building looks nice at glance. It's newer. Has full size appliances and the area is convenient. I wouldn't stay again.

Staff was extremely nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. It was perfect for the price. We accidentally left something, the staff found it and saved it for us to pick up. They were so kind.

Incredibly Impressed!

Soka Suites 2 bedroom suite was a TOTAL steal! The suite itself was incredibly spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The AC worked wonderfully (being a very important factor in the summer!) and the staff was so accommodating. Will definitely be staying again next time we are in the area.

Enjoyed our stay. It was perfect to have a 2 bedroom suite with our kids for such a great price. Service was amazing! Even though our original room’s AC wasn’t cooling, Ivana quickly changed our room to one that was working.
