Business Trip - Training

Stay was great. Room was very nice and clean. The only issue was the shower curtain. It would not stay shut at both ends. Needs fixed. Everything else was great.

Decent but a bit dissappointed

Everything was fine with the property as far as cleanliness. My only two concerns were that the elevator smelled like smoke and when I called the front desk at 9pm to say the drain plug to the bathtub was missing and could I get one, I was told housekeeping is closed so there is nothing they could do. If you offer a bathtub then please put drain plugs in each bathtub so they can be used. Maybe the front desk should have access to the housekeeping closet when things like this arise.

Poor service. There is a sign when you check in , if you would like your room clean please ask. I asked twice and no service. Never cleaned the room . Never replaced the dirty towels. Just horrible.

Shhhh..surprise visit

This was a quick trip and a surprise to my sister. The hotel was just what we needed for our stay. It was clean, friendly and positioned near evwrything we needed.

Staff was ok but not helpful at all the night clerk told us we could rent the room again for the next night but have to wait till morning shift came on so we could stay in the same room but when morning staff came on they said we couldn’t do that and tried to put us in a double bed room for dang near triple the rate we was paying was very rude won’t be back due to this error
