Air Con filter wasnt serviced or changed so it was smelly. Room service didnt vaccum the bathroom properly and didnt change the bedsheet nor they picked up the empty plastic water bottles kept next to the bin. Room location wasnt great from 2nd floor even though it was river front. The rooms are structured in a way where its ideal for 2 families to stay together but if 2 different couples or families are accommodated then the main door opening and closing os very loud alongwith the room entrance door so its noisy entering and exiting while you are fast asleep.

Always stay here on our way to Brisbane. Very welcoming staff. Had a great view of the river from our balcony. Bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to RSL for dinner along the boardwalk and lovely breakfast nextdoor at Leheme😊

Great stay apart from parking situation

Another great stay at Ramada. Only issue this time was lack of parking. They allow the staff to park in the undercover parking, and many guests (including myself) were left to park outdoors on the street. Not a good experience for guests. Very limited untimed parking on the street as well, so risked getting fined

The hotel was lovely. We greeted and welcomed by Emanuel who was very friendly and helpful. He explained everything with a smile and got us into our room early which was great. The room was very well appointed and clean. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Ballina.
