The hotel is very close to the sea front/beach and lots of food outlets and shops. This does however mean that it is very busy and noisy until late.
The rooms are extremely hot, when we arrived the room had not been cooled or curtains drawn which was very unpleasant considering the outside temperature was about 34 degrees.
The staff are friendly and helpful!
The hotel offers a car service for trips to local landmarks etc like Hoi an. However, beware the driver will try to upsell you trips to the coconut boats and/or "his sister's tailor shop" and then charge you for it which we did not like.
Breakfast was varied every day and had a good selection.
The pool area was a little disappointing compared to the online photos and the sky bar has no air conditioning.
The gym is entirely pointless i.e. there are no weights on the weight machine so you're left with a treadmill but with no Aircon it's very difficult to use.
Overall this hotel is pretty average.
