We booked a room well in advance thinking what kind it would be when we arrived they tried to put us in a room with a window looking into another building that could have worked had we were for one night but we were booked for 2 weeks. We had to pay 💰 a lot to get a better room. The staff was not able to communicate in English and were definitely not trained. The breakfast was terrible mostly cold every day and always tuff meat

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sunny Ocean Hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and very comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety of options. It is within walking distance of all popular landmarks, making it a perfect location. We will definitely come back. Gusmi and Susie from the front desk was very helpful and accomodating.

Great place to stay in Da Nang, I highly recommend Sunny Ocean Hotel. The hotel is close to the beach and other touristic attractions. For the price, it was very well worth it too. The place was easy to find and offered many services, including great breakfast, clean, comfy rooms, spa, pool, cleaning and airport pickup. The receptionist Kate was fantastic. Answered all my questions and helped me with my luggage retrieval from a delivery company, even making phone calls for me. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was really good. This hotel offers excellent value-for-money.

Clean room. King sized bed or bigger. Our room didn’t have tub. Stayed in 706. Walls alittle thin. Could hear activity from both sides of room. Good selection of food for breakfast. Special shout out to Ruby and Matel for great service and hospitality. Would go back. Would probably ask for a different room. With that being said, excellent staff and service.

The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The location is also very convenient, close to the beach and restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for money. Would consider staying here again.

I stayed in room 403, i would recommend fixing the toilet flush handle, that is my only complaint. Other than that issue the hotel was 10/10, staff is friendly.
