The hotel was great, good location, minutes from Plaza De Armas and San Blas, many shops and restaurants, cafes on the same street. Rooms are good, I liked the TV with many channels options. Reception will do anything to help, they provided me with Power adapter, helped me with spraying the room after windows left open for a long time, helped with information, carrying luggage, etc. always welcoming guests with a smile. I don’t want to forget to thank Flavia from the kitchen, she was really awesome in welcoming everyone genuinely to the breakfast every morning. Thank you for the nice stay.

This hotel does not just hire great employees they hire very caring human beings. I was injured before arriving here and was hospitalized. They sent someone to walk me me to the pharmacy to translate to ensure I got the prescriptions I needed. Also I needed help translating to schedule follow.up care which they where more than happy to provide. The included breakfast was typically of other hotels in its same class and was very good. The TVs have the ability to stream most apps. The only discrepancy is in there listing is they don't have a bar.

This was the best hotel we stayed in in Peru. Rooms were clean, the people were VERY helpful, it was quiet, and the hotel is very close to mose attractions in Cusco. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are clean, staff very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. 24 /7 front desk assistance. Check in is at 12pm. We were leaving at 4am for a 7 day hike and they prepared a breakfast on the go for us. They hold our luggage when we were away. Food plentiful and delicious. I don’t have any negative things to say about this place. Great location! I would strongly recommend this hotel.
