The room was great, spotless, and the staff more then helpfull at all times. Breakfast was great, and we really enjoyed our 9 nights stay here. The hotel is located in the historic district and in walkable distance to the Plaza de Armas and San Pedro Market.

The room was cleaned well every day, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. My partner had some health issues and they had partner clinics that would come and check in the room at no difference in cost. They were extremely understanding and helpful. I wish our stay there had been longer. It was very close to everything you would want to be close to. I do not write reviews often, but I am writing this one because I do think this is one of the best places you can stay in Cusco.

If submerging in the inka culture is what you’re looking for, Palacio del Inka will fulfill your desires. The property’s location is the best, right next door to the templo del sol, minutes from Plaza de Amara’s and the main avenue, full of history and incredible architecture. The hotel itself has many experiences for you to dive in, great breakfast buffet, and at atmosphere that draws you in. They bring the baby alpacas to you in their private patio, and all the alpaca textiles you can think of at your fingers tips. The service is impecable from the ushers to the housekeeping staff, they all have your comfort first of kind. 100% recommended.

Wonderful stay

The location was perfect---tucked away from the business of city center, yet only 2 blocks away from everything. The service was Impeccable! Every staff member was friendly, helpful and inviting. We enjoyed staying here so much the first week we returned after our trek. In addition, they stored out luggage safely during the trek for free. Food was also, very tasteful and plentiful. Highly recommend.
