This hotel is beautiful and clean! We only had one night there, but we would have liked longer. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a lovely rooftop terrace that we used in the evening. Our only hiccup was that we asked for a taxi at a certain time to go to the airport, but they arrived about 15 minutes late.

Everyone is kind and helpful. It is in a central area and makes walking easy. The breakfast was good The only downfall is the noise in the building. If you are a light sleeper. This place may not be for you. The building is old and made of cement so noise travels at all hours. Besides that. I would stay there again. The roof top deck is nice and the views are pretty.

We had a very pleasant stay at Kantu. The staffs are friendly and very helpful, especially Margarita. Great breakfast with a good variety of fresh fruits. Just across from San Pedro market, 10/15 mins walk to Plaza de Armas. One complaint, walls are a thin, can hear outside noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

A great value hotel in an excellent location

A lovely hotel in a busy and vibrant part of the city with great access to the historic parts of Cusco. The hotel is great value for money, very clean and well looked after. All the people working there are helpful, friendly and kind, working tirelessly to make guests enjoy there stay. When we stayed the clientele were a friendly mix of familes with youngsters, groups of friends and couples.

The hotel furniture is brand new, and the jacuzzi is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the walls are extremely thin — you can hear everything, both from outside and inside the hotel. It’s very difficult to sleep, so I strongly recommend bringing earplugs. Also, when you book the hotel, you’ll receive a message about transportation services and tours that the hotel can arrange for you. Just a heads-up: that never actually happens. Communication between the hotel staff and guests, especially if you’re booking from outside Peru, is very poor.

Had a jacuzzi but water was yellow and it smelt like rotting wood due to poor craftsmanship of jacuzzi installation. Kept the windows opened, but it was a cheaper stay so wasn’t too bad overall. Just disappointed in the jacuzzi that I was planning to use
