Check in foi tranquilo. Inclusive me permitiram entrar no quarto antes do horário , as 12:30h. Banheiro do quarto estava bem limpo. Senti falta de uma toca de banho. O quarto tem tamanho bom. Internet tem sinal fraco. Lençol estava sujo, manchado. Acabei dormindo em cima da coberta. Nenhum lençol, fronha, cobertor ou toalha tinha cheiro de roupa lavada. Café da manhã bem satisfatório.

Precisa melhorar duchas e pães no café da manhã

A limpeza, atendimento e retirada do carro foram eficazes e o Colchão bom , tamanho Queen; mas o box é muito pequeno e a ducha não era boa, antiga e com pouquíssima vazão. O café da manhã: os pães nada saborosos, e não havia nem um item zero açúcar nem zero lactose; o que deveria ser bem normal oferecer hoje em dia.

Gosto do hotel principalmente quando me hospedo para assistir os jogos do Coxa no Alto da Glória, mas peca em nao ter Room Service. Comer no quarto é bom mas sem apoio do hotel ou levar o pedido no quarto, é o ponto negativo de insatisfação que o hotel gera.
