Hotel muito antigo. Quanto a isso não teria problema se a cama fosse confortável, se o ar condicionado disse um split e não aqueles barulhentos antigos. O café poderia ser mais variado. A única coisa que havia para passar no pão era margarina. Não tem ovos nem salsichas.... Básico. O ponto bom foi ter estacionamento, porém 2 inconvenientes: não tem elevador para acessar o hotel, tem que subir escadas com suas bagagens, e tem que pagar além da diária.

O atendente Bosco, muito antipático e mal educado com os hóspedes, não passou informações precisas e atendeu com grosseria, e café da manhã servido muito tarde 7.30h, o que inviabiliza o acesso aos hóspedes. Quarto cheirando a mofo, e colchão muito macio, por ser velho pelo uso demasiadoz e limpeza duvidosa.. resumindo péssima experiência, não recomendo.

Embora o atendimento por parte dos funcionarios tenha sido otimo, a estrutura do hotel deixa muito a desejar. Inicialmente nos colocaram em um quarto totalmente tomado por mofo e acaros....Impossivel conseguir dormir nestas condições... Após reclamarmos, os funcionarios nos acomodaram em um quarto menos pior. Camas são fixas ( de alvenaria ) colchão nada confortavel. O ar condicionado muito mal posicionado e requer uma boa limpeza. Esta numa posição onde vai diretamente nos pés de uma das camas, tornando impossivel dormir nestas condições. Tenho 1,80, porte grande, tive dificuldades de entrar no box e fechar a porta ( mal posicionada ), fico imaginando uma pessoa obesa ou semi-obesa...impossivel entrar no box e e fechar a porta. Sala do café da manhâ minuscula...O hotel pede uma urgente reforma.

Equipe muito gentil, quarto confortável com ar condicionado, chuveiro quente, elevador, estacionamento fechado e coberto, ambiente silencioso, limpo, bem organizado, ótima localização (próximo de shopping Mueller, Largo da Ordem...) e café da manhã maravilhoso (parabéns para quem preparou os bolos nos dias em que estivemos hospedados (dias 30/11/25 e 01/12/25), estavam deliciosos!!!)
