When we arrived to check in,GABBY informed me that we were extremely early and they had no rooms ready yet checked in multiple other people that arrived after I did.

Very nice room, friendly staff, great self park garage just across the street, very good location!

Clean room. Nice staff. Shower had good pressure. We had breakfast off the menu, which was fine. Hot tub wasn't very hot. We were in room 331 which is on the interstate side, but the furnace fan did a good job of drowning out the noise. Would stay again.

Selected hotel because it said it had a hot tub, but it does not. The pool was really warm though. I stayed in room 334 with two teenagers. Nice separate bedroom with two queen beds and nice kitchen with full size fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, 2-burner stove, full size coffee maker, and real dishes. We also used the sofa bed, which was a typical uncomfortable mattress. The breakfast was fine. Only issue was this room was on the side overlooking the interstate, so it was rather loud, but the fan drowned it out pretty well. Would stay again.

After my stay I incurred a "parking fee" for $6 dollars a day. The advertisement on Expedia says "Self parking included. When I called to ask about the charge they said they forgot to tell me about the fee and they were okay with me writing a review about it. Will not be staying again.

They bumped me from my room to a hotel 10 miles away feorom the convention I was attending. They notified me at 1 in the afternoon the day of arrival. This was incredibly inconvenient and cost me time, gas and frustration.
