Says there was a pool and wasn't

The location was right where I wanted to be and the price was cheap. However, you get what you pay for. The facility has seen better days, but it was clean enough and had hot water. It worked for me on a overnight stay.

We had no hot water

I have been taken by Expedia I cannot believe that they have done what they have done I have asked many times for someone to call me with Expedia and nothing has been done they have taken 454 of my hard earned money and they have kept it I did not stay one night at this motel I don't have any type of information and therefore it won't prompt me to speak to a customer service person an actual person I'm dealing with this AI idiotic stuff which is absolutely ridiculous I'm requesting once again for a phone call 502-821-3686 my name is Mark Mattingly I'm very concerned with the way I was treated I'm a disabled veteran I was treated at this Best Western certainly with some civil rights issues that could be addressed also I want a full refund please be advised someone needs to contact me ASAP this has been going on for a month you have my money you were supposed to render a service to me you did not render any service to me and you owe me a refund thank you I'm looking forward to someone from Expedia getting in touch with me ASAP my next step will have to go legal because no one is listening

I came in for my grandmas funeral, and i couldn't have asked for a better stay. Insanely clean, easy check in and check out, the staff was top notch and treated us with so much care. As someone who majored in hospitality i was shocked about how wonderful this location was. Better than most 5 stars. Look fwd to staying again! I won't stay anywhere else when i come to see family
