Clean room, comfy bed, friendly staff and easy check in / out. Nice rooftop terrace with a pool and loungers. A block from the beach / cruise ships / ferry terminal. Fresh water and an ice maker in the lobby in case you're thirsty.

1st time flying into Cozumel and this hotel was perfect—friendly staff and centrally located for all the entertainment. The rooftop had a fantastic view, and next to the hotel was one of the best restaurants, “ Ambar”, which you must go to when at this hotel.

Nice room, great location. Love the free coffee and pastries. They need to sort the WiFi out though, it's terrible and it's not just because it's an island, WiFi elsewhere is fast. If you need to work in the room look elsewhere but if not great place

Awesome place!

Super convenient location to shopping, restaurants, bars, the ferry, etc. The rooftop pool was a great escape and an excellent view to the ocean. Service was excellent

The beach is just a short stroll of one small block away. With the plaza, restaurants, pier, and shops only steps from your door, and even a pharmacy next door, everything you need is within reach. This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of absolutely everything and the choices of dining and activities are limitless. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, my experience was stellar!

Excellent hotel near the main plaza

Well what can I say,an excellent hotel 5 minutes from the main ferry terminal. The reception (Francesca) was super friendly and quick. We were shown to our room which was lovely and bright. The amenities in our room (103) were great, which included a decent hairdryer, towels for the bathroom and rooftop pool, netflix is available on the large TV. The roof terrace gives fantastic views across the town and sea. Breakfast isn't provided however the lobby has free coffee and pastries throughout the day. Would thoughly recommed this beautiful gem of a hotel and we will return

Great place

Fantastic hotel downtown 5 minute walk from the ferry port. Next to the main square. The staff is fantastic and the rooftop is a great place to get away for awhile.
