The Only Problem that myself and my partner had with the Deluxe Queen Package we had booked was that the shower in the room was very small. We would have preferred a tv in the bedroom rather than just one being above the fridge in the kitchen. The only other genuine problem faced was that there was an English barrier with management & communication. Otherwise the facilities met our needs and expectations and was otherwise a very enjoyable stay and look to be staying in the future.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We were especially impressed with the attention to detail and how well-maintained everything was. The location was perfect—close to local attractions and local shops,Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay!

Lacking some maintenance inside the cabin. Cabin needs some hanging hooks for clothes in bathroom and bedroom. Plenty of space in the bedroom that can be utilize for bags/suitcase to be lifted off the ground, add a stand or small cabinet. Grouting outside the shower door needs to be cleaned.

We had a lovely one night stay. The cabin was amazing. Very modern, clean, heated up quick, bed was comfortable, great kitchen and a nice hot shower. Staff were very helpful with my inquires about our late check in and all info provided helped us check in late smoothly after a long drive. Price was fantastic for the accommodation. Will be back again for longer stay as 1 night was not enough. I have one small suggestion a tea towel and oven gloves provided in the kitchen would help. overall 10/10. Thank you for having us at such short notice.

My son enjoyed making friends,the shops etc,what I didn't like was the kettle was half full of milk with a bad smell that you couldn't use! I& know cooking facilities.also people fighting next door to us through our second last night of staying..I don't think the money we payed for was a Deluxe villa the couch you couldn't sit on was very uncomfortable.
