A Very Pleasant Surprise!!

The hotel very conveniently located a block from the Ferry. There is a terrific seafood restaurant just across the street and the beach is fairly close. The ambiance was good and the staff friendly. I enjoyed the weekend stay.

perfect birthday trip!

We loved the Place hotel! the location was perfect, very clean, staff was extremely friendly! the walls are a little thin so if you’re a light sleeper who likes to sleep in past quiet hours earplugs will be your friend!

Stay was ok. There 3 days and room service never cleaned room. I have a service dog. You can NEVER leave dog in room and you have to sign an obnoxious form saying there going to black light your room. Not even sure they’re ADA compliant.

Service is above and beyond!

We always stay here when I do company fishing trips. It’s directly across the street from the dock. The hotel staff are always upbeat and friendly. They are always eager to help and are excited to give us advice on local restaurants and fun spots to explore.

I will most definitely be staying here again. Every single staff member were absolutely friendly, helpful and ready to help however. This was perfect location, as you come off the ferry- there it is! The rooms were huge. It was spacious and oh the beds were perfection! Each bed had 4 pillows, all of different feels. The only negative- no elevator. We made it work. (16 steps total). It was hard for my mother, but it turned out great. Again, we will be back!
