Nice space but older with poor attention to detail

Tub paint was peeling to the point pieces were floating as soon as the water was turned on, before the shower. Backsplash area in the bathroom had what looked like blood splatter. One of the towels had yellow stains. The shampoo/conditioner offered were terrible; the little conditioner bottle wasn’t even full (clear bottle). The remote was missing the back battery cover. The sofa bed had no sheets. Breakfast was lower quality hotel breakfast-…but the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and the AC worked well. Front desk staff were all very friendly.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The room was so big and clean. The beds were so comfortable. The breakfast was hot and great. We stayed a whole week and it was the best stay at any hotel we've ever stayed. This place is wonderful and fit our budget perfectly. The staff was very welcoming. The hospitality was outstanding. The location was close to everything. Right down from all the beaches, restaurants, and shopping. If anyone is on the fence about where to stay with your family this is the place. You won't regret it. I highly recommend this place. It made our vacation the best vacation we've ever had.

Tried to check-in at 3 PM. Which is check-in time. Was told a room would be ready in an hour or 2 came back at 5 PM room was still not ready to check-in. Had to wait another 45 minutes umtil we were able to finally check in. The breakfast area was disgusting I couldn’t even get juice without the machine spraying everywhere. Staff couldn't keep up with guest and items running out. Spill was on the floor and a guest cleaned it up because we couldn’t find staff.Had to use a key card numerous times even when light would turn green door would not unlock just very, very unhappy with my stay. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Came a couple years ago and it was great everytime. My kids and i enjoyed it everytime. Staff use to be friendly and hospitable. This time they were alittle rude. In the morning kept calling to ask if we were staying or leaving. Im a nursing mother and felt this was inconsiderate. I asked what time was the latest we could check out yet kept asking at 11 am in a non professional way. Im disappionted and probably will not use this hotel again. Shame cause it use to be very nice
