Nice and Quiet

Great little place to rest between your activities. Quiet, very clean, well stocked. Within 15 minutes of the bay front and beach. The street to get there - Everhart is super busy so plan accordingly. I was there during the Christmas week so that may have attributed to the increased traffic. Bedrooms are upstairs so if you have problems with stairs plan on sleeping on the sofa downstairs. Thank you Mr. Diaz for your thoughtfulness. Would definitely stay again.

The place was beautiful and clean. It doesn’t have a washer and dryer, but it had everything else we needed. (It was my fault for assuming they would be there without asking the host.) The kitchen was well-stocked, and our host made the checkin process simple and hassle-free. We enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely use it again when we’re in the area!

Great stay! Highly recommend, about 20 minutes away from the beach, 2-story Whataburger, water park.

Definitely would return to this location, great host. Equipped with everything we needed and more! We had a beach day, and there was a waterhose so we could rinse off sand. I cooked and had everything I needed, oil, pots, pans, and spices! Bbq on back patio, with chairs to chillax on 🍺.

Our family enjoyed the spaciousness of this townhome. It was clean, the a/c worked well; it was quiet. Addressing a few cosmetic matters would be a help. It would have been helpful to have some brochure or paper that included the wifi network and password; the owner was quick to respond to questions. It would have been nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Tub didn't hold water. The residents' pool is small--just right for bobbing around in place. Nitpicking aside, the price was very good--real value for the money. I'd be glad to stay here, again.

It was great literally exactly what we booked had an amazing time. So it was a short drive to an local store you have in your home town which is great was like a home away from home! Very clean and even thou we hit the heb and Walmart plate silverware and everything you would need was already there! Would 100% stay again!
