Great location, excellent breakfast and air conditioning. One improvement could be blackout curtains. It’s only dark outside from 2300-0400. The curtains let so much light in. I had a difficult time sleeping.

Scandic Front was in a great location for walking to most places but had the tranquility of being at the waters edge. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. The room was a good size with a balcony but was very basic and could do with some modernising.

Great location, very close to metro station and Nyhavan. Plenty of places to eat out. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast has plenty of option too. There is an area to chill out in the lobby and secure luggage storage (with a small fee) Room was very spacious, however, it was next to the staff storage who start banging around 7am every day which was impossible to get a proper sleep after that time.

Hotel tired and needing refurbishment. Beds are terrible-just mattress toppers on old Divans-very soft. There is no AC as advertised and rooms are very hot. No bar as advertised. Overall does not warrant a 4-5 start rating although well located.

Excellent place to stay.

Great location. Rooms were fairly quiet, and the blockout blinds fairly effective although the bright sunrise one day did light up the room. Amazing location, a 5 minute walk from Nyhavn and another 5 minutes to a major train line. I would happily stay here again. Only one qualm, the rooms were a little warm for my liking even with the heating turned off. Had to leave the window open at night time and let in some cool air. (Nb this was in march when it was zero overnight). Breakfast selection was good too.

The only good experience was the booking through Expedia. The hotel is located really well near the touristy spots and is also in a nice neighbourhood and in a quiet area. But that's about it. They don't have any service what so ever. They don't have a phone in the room. They don't even provide dental or shaving kits. There was noise from the road and also work outside the door all the time. We complained about heating and the front desk informed someone will be there tomorrow because no one was there when we raised the issue but the "tomorrow" never arrived. So, if price is not too much of a difference, look for another nearby hotel.
