Disappointing. Look for other options.

There is simply no service. Not a single smile. The hotel is worn, dusty, some walls broken and in less than appealing area. We ended up checking out after staying only one night. When trying to take our luggage back to lobby we had to uncomfortably try to walk between at least 4-5 trolleys full of dirty blankets, and cleaning tools. The cleaners would pass next to us carrying laundry without even saying “sorry”, “after you” or a simple “good morning”. Truly disappointing from A to Z. Not good value for money at all.

great location. service below average.

check in was fast. we arrived early and one room was ready. we were back to the hotel after lunch and they said the other room was ready, when we opened the door the room was not ready, it wasnt done yet! i simply dont understand how they can make such simple mistake. however; one of the rooms AC wasnt working and it was having some weird noise all night long. i called in the morning 10am, some FO guy picked up and said someones on the way; i waited 15mins and nobody showed up; i rang again and the guy finally arrived 10mins later. he claimed it was the AC and he said he could fix it. after a day out, the noise was still there when i was back to the hotel. They finally offered us a new room. it was a horrible experience.

Great location, very close to Shopping, local transport and walkable to all the tourist spots. The double bed was made by joining 2 single bed matresses. Matresses were of very low quality.

Ideally situated to get around Copenhagen, either on foot or by public transport. Breakfast was good and nice to have restaurant/bar on site. Didn't use the gym but always good to have available. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Excellent choice near train station

Staff helpful. Breakfast large and varied. The property is large, but doesn't feel like a big hotel. Close to train station and metro. Easy walk to many sights.
