The motel was underground since it had been part of an opal mine. It was a great experience to stay underground. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast seemed expensive for coffee, juice, toast and cereal at $20 a person.

Desert Cave Hotel
Renovated bathroom was nice. Towels were small and thin. The AC blew directly on the bed which is not good for individuals with sinus issues, like us. Parking was a challenge at evening when rooms started filling up. Receptionist was very helpful with helping us determine if road closures were in ...
