Chose this location because it was close to the hospital where my wife was. Clean room and very nice staff and great breakfast. The only problem was that I accidentally booked the room for the next night versus the night I needed it. Of course I was in the hospital and stressed to find a place to stay. When I checked in and asked the desk to cancel the next night, my incorrect booking, they refused to do that. Cost me $200 figured they would at least give me a partial refund. So not sure about the management there.

Very nice stay that I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a great part of Como. Close to most transportation and great shopping. Train station is a walk if you have luggage but it’s not terrible. Great staff and service!

This was the cutest property, right in the middle of Como. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was small but clean and had everything we could need. There was even a free phone that we were able to take with us around town and use for Google Maps. They offer a free breakfast which was simple but worked (the chocolate croissants were delicious). Overall, a great spot and terrific price-point for the overall pricey town!

Boutique by name and boutique by nature! One of the most friendly and welcoming staff I have came across in my travels! Room a decent size and shower room with all little extras you may need or have forgotten! Even chocs left on your pilllow and towels changed again in evening, great little touch. Breakfast normal continental spread, again very welcoming and made our morning tea without asking! Right in the middle of town, so close to everything, would not look anywhere else if I find myself back in Como in future. So helpful, thank you

The staff is so courteous and friendly. The room gets cleaned daily and made up for the evening. The morning breakfast is enough to start your day. The location is close to most of the sights. Would recommend and stay again

Wowsome short trip

What a perfect location! It is a bit challenging to get to the hotel directly by car/taxi, but we were able to get close enough to find it easily. Once there, it was perfect for shopping, dining, taking the Lake Como ferry, etc. absolutely loved the property and Lame Como in general.

Location Location Location

This hotel is in an excellent location! Shops, food, the lake, the funicular - all just steps away; that's why I chose it. And don't miss out on any of it; there was a DJ dance party at the top of the funiculare, and I happened across a lindy hop at a nearby piazza walking back from the funiculare. Such vibrancy! And our room was so comfortable. I could even hear Tosca being performed live from our veranda one evening! Plus, what everyone says about breakfast is true - delicious! Fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries, and more. I loved it. And I also recommend heading to Villa del Balbianello & Bellagio. Take me back to Como!!!!
