Check-in was super easy and breakfast was delicious. The floor of the elevator was pretty dirty. The pool was very nice, the water was warm which was an added bonus. We had some loud neighbors which was promptly handled right after we called the front desk. As far as the room goes: the beds had fabric bedskirts that were likely never taken off to be cleaned because both beds had a ton of funk on the bedskirts. The vent in the bathroom was filthy and our refrigerator wasnt working properly. The freezer was likely the temp that the fridge should have been, even with both settings turned as cold as possible. Our items thawed in the freezer. We had to ask for bedding for the pullout couch but it otherwise wasnt a big deal obtaining that. This suite had dishes and they were all spotless. The staff were all super nice and friendly.

This hotel has the warmest pool I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Room was clean and nice and people were friendly.

The door to the bathroom was hard to slide open and close and made extremely loud noises on sliding to awaken a roommate or other guests -and the tv did not have swivel ability to be able to be seen in living room -the electric top stovetop did not have directions and was hard to get heated -could pose fire hazard without directions

Great hotel

It was a short stay, but definitely worth a return visit. Nice spacious king room with full couch and full equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. We’ll taken care of hotel in a convenient area.

Excellent choice

Excellent service. Very clean. Spacious . Kids has their own beds and room in the suite. We joked about staying another night it was so nice. Lots of room. Kitchen was well equipped even though we didn’t use it .
