The hotel and staff in the lobby were great! They allowed us to check in a little early for our 2-night stay. We left our room just before 2pm for the day on Sunday. Returned at around midnight to find out room had not been cleaned! We did not have the “do not disturb” sign on the door! I requested fresh towels for the night and had to go down to the lobby to get them myself. They wouldn’t bring them up. As we checked out the lady at the desk asked if everything was fine with our stay. We mentioned the room not being cleaned. She apologized and offered 1000 bonus points for the inconvenience. I haven’t seen those yet! Bonvoy doesn’t really use a points system per se! It’s a “stays” earning model. We will see! The area was safe and clean with restaurants within walking distance and the room was great nonetheless!

Poor water pressure

Overall a very good experience however the water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible. The exhaust fan in the shower did not work causing the smoke alarm to set off because of the steam from the shower.

We walked in the room and bed had stains all over the comforter. The room was definitely smaller than pictured. Couch had noticable stains as well. The room felt dirty overall. Hair on the floor. Expected a much nicer stay. We ordered food and stood downstairs for 20 minutes to pick it up. No one even asked to help. I went back upstairs and came down later. They said they tried calling us for an hour which was a lie because I had been down to the grill and in my room. Food was cold by the time they gave it to us.

Very nice

Very comfortable bed, loved the room layout. Quiet, clean rooms. The bar/grill/starbucks located inside building was extremely convenient and great options. Parking was easy and all the extra security measures also a plus. I am definitely staying here again
