The hotel itself is fine. Nothing more, nothing less. The pool and hot tub area wasnt available. The area has been closed since Dec.9th with no update/warning given when booking (or signs posted). Ice machines didnt work (we tried two of them, neither worked). Scale in fitness area didnt work. Keurig coffee maker in the room didnt work. Blinds (room darking) was ripped/tattered on one side. No extra toilet paper or kleenex boxes in the room (had to ask). There was mildew in the shower and the carpet edges (where you would have to use a vacuum attachment to reach) were very dusty.

THIS HOTEL APPEARS TO HAVE ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES WHEN YOU WALK IN BUT WHEN YOU GET TO THE ROOM, BE PREPARED TO BE LET DOWN. THE CURTAINS WERE DIRTY, I MEAN FILTHY, THE BLACKOUT OUT CURTAINS LET THE SUN RIGHT IN, THE BATHTUB HAD STAINS IN IT, THE THERMOSTAT ADJUSTMENTS WERE BROKEN SO WE HAD TO ADJUST THE TEMPETURE BY HOW IT FELT, THERE WERE STAINS ON THE COMFORTER THAT LOOKED LIKE BLOOD OR HOT CHOCOLATE, THE BACK OF THE DOOR HAD LITTLE KIDS HAND PRINTS ALL OVER IT, THE WALL PAPER IN THE BATHROOM WAS WARPED AND COMING OFF BY THE DOORWAY, THE SOAP DISPENSERS WERE NOT HANGING UP AND THE BACK OF THAT WAS BLACK, THERE WAS MOLD ALL AROUND EACH SOAP DISH IN THE SHOWER AND THE TRIM, THE FURNITURE LOOKED LLIKE THEY GOT IT FROM A TRAP HOUSE, WORN AND DIRTY WITH UNIDENTIFIABLE DEBRIS UNDER THE CUSHIONS. THE ROOM KILLED ME AND MY HUSBANDS VIBE BECAUSE HE WAS TIRED AND DIDNT WANT TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER ROOM, WE ENDED UP SATYING FOR TWO DAYS BUT HE LEFT AND I DIDNT WANT TO WASTE MY MONEY SO I STAYED AT THAT ROOM. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Hotel was nice. Room was clean. Spa was wonderfully hot. Room had microwave and refrigerator, which is very important to my husband and I. No moldy or musty smells. Heater worked although thermostat was off. Hotel does need some maintenance though. The guest washing machine on our floor was broken. The second elevator was broken. The shower faucet in our room leaked. The shower wall panel in our bathroom needed recaulked and leaked water on the floor. The thermostat was off in our room and we had to set it to 77 to get the heat to turn on. At 74 the AC would turn on.
