Very nice and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly as well. It did say free breakfast online when we booked ,but they do charge you $12.99 per person to eat!
Long time checking in due to new person at desk who didn’t know much and was not closely supervised. The air conditioner didn’t work very well so my room was hot. Also I paid for an Expedia room that was advertised as “free breakfast” but was told when I went down for breakfast that I had to pay $12.95 per person if we wanted to eat. False advertising. Not happy. I checked out and left.
Enjoyed the staff, the room, service, the bed was great.

The parking lot was not the easiest, kind of small with not the greatest exit/entrance. Disappointed that the pool was closed, didn’t realize when I booked it that it was an outside pool.
The person who checked us in was very friendly, and the staff during breakfast service was amazing. So kind, helpful and friendly - they were amazing. It was the best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time!
This property is in a great location near several restaurants, gas stations and sits right near I20 and 77 just north of the property.
It was clean, quiet and the front desk attendant was great. I didn't get a chance to get her name, but she was working on Tuesday, 3/4/25 when I checked in at 4:30 pm. I would definitely come back.
This was the first Best Western I stayed at. The staff was pleasant, professional and accomodating. The property was well-lit at night and clean. I don't travel enough, so I'm not sure if you have to request the trash emptied and fresh towels at the front desk. The breakfast wasn't bad. The facilities I encountered were clean and maintained. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
