VERY dirty. There is no laundry, or breakfast. Even tho it was stated on Expedia. Dogs don’t stay free even tho it’s stated on the website as well. The front desk clerk was very nice, & said the hotel room is increased price, so it just looks like they’re free. Then I have 2 service animals, and 1 Pet. I was told that they wouldn’t be extending my stay(even tho I wasn’t extending to begin with) because of the allowance of 2 pets. We stated and mentioned the dogs were service and they’re not considered pets under the ADA. But the manager was very rude. This place said it was remodeled-the lobby totally was. But nothing else. Our tv wouldn’t even turn on because there was no electricity within the entire wall. Totally get what you pay for- in the property and unfortunately people as well.

Property is run down although Safe and clean as much as could be expected. Just not a very good destination, but affordable and the staff was very kind, just not possessed with amenities.

You get what you pay for.

Halls and elevator needed vacuuming, Strobe light going off in front parking lot on all night. Room was fine and clean. Towel had a mouse hole in it, but appeared clean.

I don’t usually leave replies, but I figured I would for this one. Staff was good and friendly, but other than that, it was horrible. Bed, pillows, blankets were not good and slept terribly. Took almost 20-30 minutes of leaving the water on to get hot to be able to take a shower. Parking lot led flood light was flashing all night. Location is old and ran down and lacks maintenance. I tried to go a little bit cheaper on this cheap trip and oh boy did I get what I paid for.
